I had nine posts made. Now just this one. I decided I wanted to be a little more dedicated to this blog, because I like doing it, but realized I need to make some changes in order for it to work. Changes to my life which reflected in my blog. Still about goals but not about losing those last 10 pounds. Basically it all comes down to living like a normal person who eats healthy and exercises regularly. You can see my goals to the right of the page. I've mastered some (maybe), am working on others and the others are still a dream. My aim for the next few posts is to discuss my goals in greater detail. One post each for some and others I'll combine.
To make a long story short, this blog will be about my life - the health side of it with some other bits and pieces thrown in. Enjoy!
